What a long couple of weeks there. Good ones, just busy. I just finished first round of edits for Banished, so it was well worth it. I can’t wait to share this with everyone. It’s a darker side of Daye for sure and I’m really proud of it. I think it started as last year’s nano project, then of course I moved midway through so I had to finish it up later in the year. Looking back this year, I’ve finished Banished and In Chains, written Crushed, Little Red, and am halfway done with Renegade. It’s been a productive year!
My plans right now? I’m working on an indie book for Nano this year. My first attempt at doing it all on my own. Wish me luck! I have also written under my YA pen(Emma Bloom) this year too. 303 Red Dead Lane was a compilation with Jordan Deen and Elizabeth Sharp. The exciting part about this book is that all proceeds are being donated to a Domestic Violence Awareness charity. I’m also almost finished with my first draft of Haunted Echoes:Spirited Book 1.
Here’s to hoping I continue to be prolific the rest of the year.
